If you are referring to the little tubes, they are not the right kind of protein for post ops. It is mostly collagen protein, which post ops cannot absorb properly. You need whey protein for the best results. Besides, I think they taste awful.

Little tubes.... boiled hooves..... basically the same as NOT having protein.
