So happy! I was really stalling but looks like it's moving again I had my 5 week follow up at the surgoen yesterday - she said I am losing right on track and I should not expect more than an average of 2lbs per week. I am okay with that now. I know it will be healthier for me. I don't go back for three months!

Permitted vcooked veggies now.... a carrot never tasted so good!
