Sweet 'N Low Mixes??

Has anyone ever tried the Sweet 'N Low cake and frosting mixes? I'm not so worried about the calories, but want some cake with frosting once and a while and I have reactive hypoglycemia so I can't have the regular stuff without suffering the backlash.

I've only tried the gingerbread mix, and I made it as cookies and lightly frosted them with the sugar-free pillsbury frosting. YUM!

no, more like frosted gingerbread cookies ;-)  Whoopie pies have a fluffy marshmallow based frosting I do believe--so wish someone could make a sugar-free marshmallow!!!

try making it with splenda.. I have the same problem, but can't use sweet n low...or asparatine...
I use stevia as well. Both are natural alternatives.and both can be cooked and retain the sweetness.
I like my coffee with sweetener, and only need three drops of stevia for a sweet cup!   I got mine from the vitamin cottage in Denver...they have a mail order... sweettater

I've tried them, and the pillsbury SF cake mix too.  They tend to be dry, and the SF frosting is a bit "off".  Now, the pillsbury SF brownies -- yummy!

I love, love the pillsbury sugar free brownies.  I have tried the sugar free frosting but only a baby spoon full and no hypoglycemia
