soft diet
I suggest you begin with ONE new food each day... it sounds limiting, but if you start with a meal with four things, and it doesn't agree with you, which of those four things do you avoid?
I had refried beans as my first soft meal
Day two was refried beans with a little cheese
day three was refried beans with cheese and avocado
day four was refried beans with cheese, avocado, and olives
and so on.
