exercise and calories?
The plan your "exercise physiologist" has in mind sounds insane to me.
I am trying SO hard to be a moderate person for the sake of health. I do cardio 3-4 times a week for 20-30 minutes and weight training 2-3 times a week on the machines at my gym. I also used a personal trainer for a few visits, so I could learn how to use everything and not hurt myself.
This is a lifetime journey.... take it at your own pace and no one else's!!
PS- I 100% recommend a protein shake of 25-35 grams an hour or so before working out. It makes an ENORMOUS difference for me!!!
