So, what do you all think it would taste like if I made pickle wraps with the light Laughing Cow cheese instead of cream cheese...besides tasting healthier?  LOL  I've been hungry for them, but didn't know if it would be better for me to make them with Laughing Cow cheese?  Have you guys tried this?

A pickle wrap is AWESOME!  LOL  You take a piece of lunch meat (I use ham) and spread cream cheese on it and then wrap it around a pickle.  Then you slice up the pickle and eat the heck out of them LOL  I'm going to try some of the light swiss Laughing Cow cheese today and see how it goes.

mmm, sounds good. All ingredients that I love. What kind of pickles do you use? I haven't tried pickles yet... might have to try one soon in a pickle wrap.

I just used regular old dill pickles.  They turned out pretty good too!

I found some fat free spreadable cream cheese at the grocery here.  Surely they have it where you live because they rarely have anything here.
