Soft Food List
What was on your Soft Food List. I wanted to know what everyone was allowed to have and what do you suggest. I will be returning to work half way through this stage and want to know what everyone ate at lunch break...This is the hardest part for me, returning to work and everyone is going to look at me. I work at a fast food place mind you hopefully not for long.
My NUT/surgeon had things like soft scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, string cheese, greek yogurt. Check out Cleopatra Nik's site or Eggface as they may have some great recipies for the soft phase.

One of my favorites is the bake ricotta..it's like the insides to lasagne..smells and looks heavenly but tastes even better!!!
Or how about refried beans with a dollop of sour cream and salsa....kind of like a tostada without the shell.
And if your co-workers want to look at you....let 'em look. After all, it's all about you now!!! LOL
Enjoy your journey....
