Can you me if these are good stats for my daily food intake?

Good evening everyone!  I was wondering if you could help me here...again LOL  My surgeon and dietitian only have us watching our calories and protein, but I just feel I should be watching more than that.  I started tracking my food again and totaled everything up...can you tell me how I did?  I know my protein was good and my calories were a little high, so I need to work on getting those down a bit, but anyways, here they are.

Calories:  1255
Fat:  47.4
Carbs:  125.9
Sugars:  37
Protein:  83.4

Now, this was just for 3 meals total today, no snacking.  My surgeon doesn't like snacking, even if it is protein rich.  So, don't be too harsh LOL  Just gently steer me in the right directions.  Thanks!

Like you said, a little calorie high especially if you are in the losing phase and pretty high in carbs, at least to me. I keep mine around 50 net grams a day so you may have a different plan. I don't usually worry about fat. I also like my protein around 100 grams or more but again that is just my preference.

We're supposed to keep between 1000-1200 calories and at least 60 grams of protein a day.  See why I'm confused?  That's all they tell us to do LOL

It's kind of personal preference. Being the professional dieter that I am, lol, I know that I lose best when I avoid refined carbs and keep my complex carbs around 50 grams net and my calories around 1000, my protein around 100 grams and my fluids around 100 oz. I don't worry too much about fat as long as it's healthy fat and same with sugar as long as it's not refined and my carbs stay around 50. At 6 months my NUT told me 1000 to 1200 calories a day and I tried to keep it closer to 1000. I was also told around 60 grams of protein but I find that I lose better when I get more in.
Also, I kept my calories on the lower side because I'm not very active. If you get in a lot of exercise you may need more calories and carbs. That's why it's so individual. If you are happy with your rate of loss then by all means keep it up. If you feel like you are losing to slow you might want to mix it up a bit.

Get the carbs down. Too many. Fat too.

Most surgeons say no more than 30 per meal.  10 fat grams per meal.

As well, what kind of carbs are you eating? The processed stuff or the good stuff?
