Onederland and 100 lbs lost YEAH!!!!
This has been a fabulous week for me. Had my almost six month appointment Thursday this week that was the day I hit Onederland. I was so excited, not sure when I saw that last it has been at least 15 years maybe more. Today is the normal day that I weigh myself, I am down 100 lbs. I have never regreted this decision so far and wish I wouldn't have chickened out 3 years ago, that is really my biggest regret. Thank you all for your support. Reading all of your posts has got me through, and really made this journey so far wonderful!!!! Lets all keep going together!!!!!
