Wow. I'm going to be watching this thread. I don't know enough about vitamins to comment, but this sure looks AWESOME if it is what it says it is. I'd much rather do this than the zillion calcium tabs I have to swallow per day.

Hopefully will hear from Kelly, Pam, Nik, et al when they log in this morning.

ETA: Did you ask your surgeon or NUT what they thought of it? Where do you buy the stuff? Have you been taking it exclusively from the beginning of your journey (ie since your surgery)?

Ive searched this out what we have to remember is that we can only absorb 500 mg at a time so i figure if u take 1 1/2  teaspoon instead of a tablespoon 3x's a day u would get your 1500 mg in. 

I just talked to my baratric dietitian and she said this is a ok product to take. n 3 teaspoons make 1 tablespoon so need to take 1 1/2 teaspoon of this.
