Appropriate Calories a Day for 5 Months Out?

I've been reading some on the Obesity Help forums and it's gotten me interested in what my caloric intake normally is.  I haven't tried tracking calories at all since surgery.  I only concern myself with protein, fat, carbs, and sugar.  But I was curious so I found a website (www.myfitnesspal.com) where it would be easy to keep track of.  Here was my info for today.

Hopefully that showed up right.  Other than the hotdog which I've been wanting about a month now, this is a fairly normal day I think.  Although I normally have some more carbs in the form of veggies, fruits, or the dreaded potato.  I wonder if this is enough.  Maybe if I took in some more calories, I would lose some more weight- especially on days that I work out.  Hmmm.  The problem is how to do it.  I don't want my body in starvation mode, but I don't want to stretch my pouch either.  Any thoughts?  I have my next round of dr appts and blood work in about 3 weeks, but just curious what others who have been where I am think.
Loving my new life!  I'm ever so grateful...

My surgery was on 11/23/10 and my intake looks pretty much the same.  I can't seem to get anyone to commit to a calorie goal either and my follow up doesn't roll around until May.  I'm looking forward to seeing what others post!  I have noticed that the higher my protein intake is, the faster the weight falls.  As I get closer to 100gm per day, I lose more, but that has just been my own observation.  Good luck!
