What's the deal today??

I am getting hungry about every hour and a half, but I'm only able to eat about 1/4 cup or less of food at a time without feeling pain.  Normally I can eat 1/3 to 1/2 cup of food with no pain at all and eat 4 or 5 hours apart.  I am eating for the 3rd time already today and I didn't get started until 9:00.  Frustrated.
Loving my new life!  I'm ever so grateful...

some days I can eat and eat and eat (like today) as if I've never had WLS, other days its hard for me to get in a shake or 2 without feeling "full"...I've come to realize that my pouch has off days too, whens *****y and not in the mood to play nice.
I read/hear that this is very normal though, so I don't think we're alone. : )

Every day is different and I often wonder what causes it to happen physiologically, with our pouch?  I never, ever, can eat before 1pm; I have chocolate protein and milk in my coffee at 6:30am and my second protein shake with Greek yogurt and fruit at about 10am.  Some days, I struggle to eat at all after my walk at noon.  Today was like that but at least, it didn't hurt like it did yesterday.  Dinner is a toss-up too, as to how it will go down...Oh, and I am not hungry at all.  I haven't experienced that sensation for six months and am sooo grateful!
