Stalled

I will be a month out on Sunday and was doing good with losing.  I was losing about a pound a day until Tuesday and I have been staying at the same number.  How can I get the scale moving again? I get in 60-80 protein a day and drink more thasn enough fluid, it just seems that since I started on regular foods I haven't lost. I'm taking in anywhere from 200- 600 calories a day.  Any advise/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only "moving" of the scale that needs to happen is move it somewhere so you don't get on it everyday!!  Only weigh yourself once a week--same day, same time.

Other than that, sounds like you are doing what you should--if you haven't started exercising, now is the time for making that a part of your life.

This is a long journey for the rest of your life.  Do what you are supposed to do and the weight loss will happen.

I wish you the best.

Thanks Kim.  I will try to stay off the scale.  I just like to see progress and always was one for instant gratification.

As for exercising...I am ordering a treadmill this week.  To join a gym would be a waste of money with my schedule.  At least with a treadmill in the house I can get on it at the wee hours of the morni9ng when I am unable to sleep.  I also have a gizelle that I will be using and I am going to buy some hand weights.

I am a home exerciser too.  Check out Sole treadmills--one of the top rated.  I have one and love it!

I had the same thing happen this week,  I am an everyday weigher and the scale did not move at all this week.  I was getting in my protein, my liquid and exercising but it was not moving.  Then finally this AM, 2 lbs down.

I think I will take the above advice and hide the scale!

Is 4 weeks out and for 2 weeks the scales havent moved I have only lost 14 lbs, I am treadmilling 40 minutes a day and eating 500-700 calories I have put the scales away and will wait a month before I weigh myself again..it is disheartning but I know in the long run it will all come off, so chin up and stomp it all out on your treadmill it makes me smile lol
