Today makes 3 months. I feel so much better and I can finally see a difference looking at my pics now.

Yes you can tell. Keep taking pictures it helps tremendously when you go through the stalls and don't feel like your losing quick enough.

Great job !! Wow u are losing well . Love seeing pics to motivate me while I push forward till my surgeon apt is made. It's a hard road but u are doing it --- congrats!
