nsv.... for me
Well on Saturday I adopted a dog. It's a pure bred dashound. Well the little poop took off running and without stopping to think I was to fat, I started off running. And I ran full on, for an estimated (by the property owner) half a mile when all was said and done. Leaving my teenager and my father with my twins (5 yr olds). Well, they took off "running" at a snails pace. Leaving the twins, so not only did I run full on across the lawns to get the dog, but I also ran, craddling him in my arms dripping wet, all the way back to the car. And I didn't stop to catch my breath. I didn't have to walk because it was to much. I ran! I ran!!!OMG I ran!!!!!!!!!!
I did also take quite a face plant in the road. Thankfully my hands and right knee took the injuries. But I got right up and ran again, and there was a car coming when I fell. Thank God they stopped.
we're all home. The dog is settling in. He's 3 yrs old, so he's been through some stuff. He's a cutie. Rocky, that's his name.

I would never run on purpose but finding out that I can if I have to is the best news ever. Congrats!
