Rise and shine! My eats will be cheese, fish, chicken, asparagus, appleasauce and water.
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

You sure do get up early!
I will be sleeping today. I'm taking some chicken to work tonight.
I cooked up a bunch of not that great apples tonight with SF caramel syrup, cinnamon,little brown sugar, and lemon. My apple pie filling is going to be mixed with Greek yogurt for snacks.
I'm also eating a ton of little oranges and some pistachios.

Well it's that TOM and I am a bottomless pit... Let's hope that I can keep it under control.  Also, the last Finance Manager came in yesterday to help me with my first month end, and she told me to watch my back....  Wow, that can't be good....

Crazy day at work today. Im really stressed and highly irritated and its making me want to eat. I can feel it and I know thats what the problem is, so Im going to ignore it.

1. Strawberry/Vanilla protein
2. Greek yogurt and Kashi Go Lean Crunch
3. shell peanuts
4. Grilled flank steak and sauteed peas w/onions
