****a-doodle-do OH! Rise and shine yall. We've made it to the weekend thank goodness. I'm soo ready to relax. I have nothing at all planned and sorta glad I don't. My eats for today will be slices of hot cheese, chicken wing, broccoli, 1/2 biscuit, 2 onion rings, some SF banana pudding with FF whippage. Yall have a splendid day!
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

 Post workout - Vi-Shape Protein/Nutrition Shake (Double Mocha, less then 150 calories)
L- 1/2 BBQ chicken breast cheese quesidilla 
S- Nature Valley Oats and Honey granola bar crunch
D-  Vi-shape Protein/ Nutrition Shake (probably chocolate cheesecake, again less then 150 calories)
S before bed- unsure of this, will have to see what the day brings

mine is synonymous with spicy.... it's either cheddar/monterey jack/ or whichever flavor with habaneros and jalapenos in it...

some use pepper jack... but Ive found cheddar, havarti, colby, all with spicy hot peppers in them

ahhh, hot as in spicy not heat.

for breakfast I just ate 2 inches of a banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter. It was delish!

Well, let's see... It's Friday the 13th and so far it's lived up to its reputation!  LOL

PreB: water (had a wicked headache this morning)
B: click and unjury
S: some leftover steak
L: going to go and get a salad somewhere, was hoping to find someone to go with....
D: not sure, I think chix salad in a pita pocket with some veggies

        S- Atkins Peanut Caramel cluster Bar
        L- Slice thin n trim ham, lil marina, lil shredded cheese, couple turkey bacon rolled up  all weighted up to bout 2 1/2 ozs
        D- Little bit of SmartOnes  Home style Beef Pot Roast.. hopin its yummy!!
