sensitive subject

Sorry to ask this question but was wondering if anyone experienced diahrrea while on the pre-surgical liquid protein shake diet?  It isn't comfortable or controllable.  I am starting my second week of all liquids on the pre-surgical diet.

Totally normal when your on liquid diets. It'll return to normal as your diet does. Best wishes on your up-coming surgery!

 yes and it stayed like that until I started solid foods at 4 weeks post op.. yucko!

Even more sensitive... while on any liquid stage pre and specially post op... DO NOT TRUST A FART!!

check your protein drinks ingredients or some of the other sugar free stuff you are eating..if it has sorboitol in it..that is a laxative..and boy howdy does it make me go...and check the other sugar acohols as they can make you go too....
i have the exact opposite....but thats another issue..
