Free Exercise Videos
If you have a computer and high speed internet, you can go to Exercisetv.tv. You don't have to join anything to enjoy free streaming exercise videos...you do have to watch a commercial before hand though. If you want to download the videos, you can pay a small price for them.
They have a few Leslie Sansone walking videos available for free viewing for all you people who just had surgery...she's very very low impact!
I'm partial to Amy Dixon myself. They add new videos every month, so it's never boring. I just sweat to 2 of the videos tonight...boy were they a work out!
Best part, if you have a flat screen TV with a PC hook up, all you need is the proper cables, and you can hook your PC up to the TV and watch them on the TV!!!
I haven't tried this, but you may also be able to watch them through your internet connection on the Wii...will have to try that tomorrow:)
