protein popsicles

Anyone else do this?  I am looking for easy ways to get more protein in, and well, if i can get extra fluid in at the same time, it's good.  So I want to make protein popsicles.  I ordered some popsicle molds and plan to freeze Isopure or maybe some Atkins shakes for a kind of ice creamy shake.  Anyone else trying this?

I'm going to freeze my ENS from Celebrate, too.  I might mix it with Isopure, I'd get protein, vitamins and liquids in one popsicle.  I think this will help me a lot during the summer weather.

I just ordered celebrate ENS in cake batter. Do you like it I haven't opened it up and tried it and I am a little nervous.

I actually like the fruit flavored ENS without protein better but the cake batter does taste like cake batter.  It's good.

I froze my RTD isopure in my ice trays thinking I could add to water for flavor or crush in the bullet for a slushy...it's like CONCRETE! The bullet can't go through it at all!

That sounds refreshing for the upcoming long hot summer Kelly. I wonder if I froze some Nectar fuzzy navel mixed with 35 cal almond milk if it would taste like a creamsicle?

I'm going to give it a try. We are having unseasonably cool weather atm here in Long Beach... actually rather nice change but I bet it's going to make up for it triple digits in August.

Well, I haven't tried it but I'm thinking it would taste like a creamsicle.  Try it and see and report back.  Atkins has some pretty good ice cream - like flavors, I'm thinking vanilla mixed with orange crystal lite for a cream sicle and a mocha sicle or coffee flavor sicle.

It's not horribly hot here yet but I bet it will get hot in another month or so.

Let us know how it turns out. I know on the Premier protein from Costco it says not to freeze it - I thought about it in the beginning.  I don't have a problem with protein or water intake but I would gladly enjoy a popsicle this summer that had protein in it!
