Oh yeah baby!

I do those all the time. As warmer weather starts I'll post on Bariatric Foodie but here's the skinny:

2 c. milk
1 pkg sf chocolate pudding (sugar-free chocolate fudge works well)
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Mix in blender for about 2 minutes or so (to get good protein powder distribution or else the protein will settle to the bottom of the mold when you pour. Pour into popsicle molds.

In my molds it makes 8.

PS- I would probably use almond milk or Hoods low carb milk.

I've been able to find sugar free popsicles, but have also thinking about making my own. I've been drinking a mixture of Crystal LIght and unflavored protein powder. I bet that it would also make a great popsicle.

I mixed protein and yogurt, crushed pineapple and SF coconut syrup together. I put it in the Ice cream maker and then froze. It was a wonderful Popsicle.

Wow this sounds yummy. What type of protein powder do you use?

I have tried, and it's tolerable, mixing in blender:

1 cup almond milk (60 cal)
1 scoop choc protein powder
1 1/2 cups ice
instant coffee crystals

Blend for about 2 minutes then freeze in molds

Good for a change and good when I think I might want ice cream

I did.  It works well.  I am planning on doing it again when the weather gets warm.  Over the winter, the thought of sucking on something cold just didn't cut it for me.
