Stomach bug~ now hurting after eating

I had a stomach bug this weekend. Now after eating I hurt pretty badly under my left rib cage.
What is going on?

I had some kind of a bug a little over a week ago and for a couple of days after the vomiting and nausea stopped, I still had some discomfort after eating.  That passed in another day or two as well.  I just stuck to easy to digest soft foods for thsoe few days.

Sorry to interupt on this posting but have been wondering how you are doing?  Did you ever go for the second opinion with another surgeon?
