Skipping my morning exercise routine
I'm feeling guilty about skipping this morning...but I've been tired lately (I work out 1 to 3 hours daily) and I figure today is as good a day as any to skip it. Although, depending on how I feel later, I may go for a bike ride. I feel horrible not doing my routine, but I know I deserve a day off. Maybe I'll feel better about it later.

1-3 hours daily is a lot of stress on the body. Everyone should have a "rest" day for your muscles to re-coop. A rest day can be light walking, or leisurely bike ride to stay limber, but nothing strenuous. You deserve a rest day! Don't feel bad, your body is just telling you it's tired, and that's normal!
