Skipping my morning exercise routine

I'm feeling guilty about skipping this morning...but I've been tired lately (I work out 1 to 3 hours daily) and I figure today is as good a day as any to skip it.  Although, depending on how I feel later, I may go for a bike ride.  I feel horrible not doing my routine, but I know I deserve a day off.  Maybe I'll feel better about it later.

1-3 hours daily is a lot of stress on the body.  Everyone should have a "rest" day for your muscles to re-coop.  A rest day can be light walking, or leisurely bike ride to stay limber, but nothing strenuous.  You deserve a rest day!  Don't feel bad, your body is just telling you it's tired, and that's normal!

Enjoy your day off and plan more of them...that working out that hard every day is too much!   Your muscles need to heal after such a heavy workout. 

Also noticed at 2.5 months you are 28 lbs to goal....Congrats!  You know this is a journey, not a race :)

You should be taking a day off. Enjoy it. I'd add one free day a week. the constant working out like that isn't necessarily good for you. LOL. Your muscles need a day off as well.
