I am finally scheduled for my surgery............June 15th.......I will have this crazy band taken out and will be doing my revision the RNY.  Thank God!!!  I love my new surgeon in Tampa.....wonderful!!!  -Holly

congrats I know how you feel. I was crying and doing the dance of joy when i got approved. My surgery is not until the 28th of june.

Congrats!!!  I just set in group today with a man that was having the same thing done as you.  As I listened to him share his journey, I reminded myself how hard it is to go through WLS once.  I applaud those of you who keep plugging along.  I can only imagine the frustration and disappointment, some of which could be avoided if the truth was told.  Best wishes in your new journey!!!

SO happy for you, and glad you are giving the RnY a go, even after your disappointment with the band. I bet you'll be a LOT happier!
