can we eat those kashi bars?  I seen them in the grocery store they say like 6-9 sugars and I stay away from sugars or is it just natural sugar from the fruit???

Read the ingredients list. If it doesn't list sugar or sugar-like products (corn syrup, etc) then it's just form the fruit.

You're about 4 months out, right? So technically you probably "can" eat whatever you want to try. Whether you SHOULD eat something like that at this point in your journey is another thing entirely.

I'm a moderation type person (or try to be) and do eat some sugar and carbs. But at 4 months out I wouldn't have even gotten close to one of those things. Your pouch still has very little room inside and what room you have is probably best filled with dense proteins and a bite or two of fruit, veggies, or at the most whole grain (without sugar).

Doesn't seem like a great idea to me, but ultimately of course, it's up to you though. If you're craving a bar-type thing, have you tried any of the protein bars? At least with those you can get in some protein and still have something "sweet" at the same time.
