flabby arms
Free weights and push-ups. My arm flab is actually decreasing over time, even as I lose, and I saw the biggest change after I started with the free weights 3+ times a week.
I do push-ups off the stairs too. I need to be careful with those, though, because of a nerve injury in my back.
Simple curls for the bicep, with the elbow supported. Small circles with a lighter weight with the arms extended out straight to the side for the shoulder muscles.
This lady is doing the triceps the way I was taught, except I do them one side at a time, and support myself on a piece of furniture with the free hand. You will feel it the next day!

Good luck, you should see a difference in about a month...

My advice is to start saving for plastics as you work out. I love my new arms!!
