Strange eating patterns

lately i have found myself feeling not hungry at all during the day and i don't even feel like eating,  I know it is bad not to eat, but the last few days i eat nothing all day until i get home around 7:00 pm

Worried this may have an effect on my weight loss and lead to binge eating at night

Has anyone gone through this phase ( i hope it's just a phase)

yeah that's what i am worried about.

Today i actually set alarms on my cell phone to remind me to at least eat something

 I don't feel like eating much during the day.. so I just make sure I have a shake for breakfast on the drive into work and then I have lunch everyday at 12:30 hungry or out.. then I eat dinner when I get home.. it would be very very easy for me to not eat all day, just make yourself do it, I think that's the way to go!

Yeah i just get so caught up in the day and before i know it, it's over and i didn't eat.  that's why now i am setting the alarms for a reminder to make myself eat something

I find myself in a similar pattern frequently.  I do have a protein bar mid-morning and cheese with fruit for lunch.... I'm just not hungry until evening.  I haven't worried about it much because my daily calories are ok.

Even when i start to eat a bar or something i get through half of it and i'm like "I can't eat any more of this"

I still just eat 1/2 bar at a time.  That's enough for me.

I do think you need to eat during the day.  I know when I get busy and don't eat, I eat too much at night.  I try to do every 3 or so hours.
