I'm glad you bought the pants. You deserve to have clothes that fit you. Don't buy a lot of clothes though..you are going to be wearing a smaller size soon. And then another..and another but those pants today will always be special. Mine were a pair of ralph lauren jeans in a 28W . I cried when I put them on.

After those fit, I went back and got another pair.  Apparently I was looking a little down and out in my super baggy pants.  They were too long to begin with and with my butt shrinking they got even longer.  Mom was embarassed for me but wouldn't say anything, lol.  So now I have two pairs of pants that fit.  I'm sure I'll wear them out washing them!

Congrats on the new size. 

As far as food rewards,  I think is true for most families.  At least ours.  That is part of the reason we got to this point.  Part of our journey will be finding and implementing non-food rewards.

Its so fun as the clothes you never thought you would fit into, FIT then in a couple of weeks they are TOO big!!!! Congratulations, Im so glad you bought the pair of cros you have earned them.   Pretty soon you will be handing down the 22's to someone cause you will be in a 14 and trying to figure out how the hell you got to a 14!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!  I'm so happy for you!
It must be a great feeling to have that "payoff" of all your hard work. 
I've got a bin full of smaller clothes in my garage and I can't wait to fit into them.

I've got tons of old smaller clothes too but really, my old 22's are 12 years old.  I'm not a fashionista by any means but .....
