Aloha OH.  Rise and shine.   Today is starting off to be a fabulous day!!  My babygirl keeps saying she has a surprise for me at my lil lady's graduation and today is the day so I get to see the "new" her.   She said the size is the surprise   Since I dont and never owned a scale.  She's her mama's child cause she hasnt really gone shopping yet either.  We went and got new bras and she's down from a 50DD to a 42DD.  Her 28s are now down to a 22 from my old clothes she tried on and fit last night. 
THEN my lil lady graduates later today.  At first, I was ecstatic that my last is graduating and leaving for college (hell thinking my raising is done) but as mentioned Friday; Im getting sorta sad at the thought of being alone.  I need to start going out and meeting people LOL..  I know Im gonna cry like hell..


My eats for today will be:
B: Liver and onions with grits
L: daughter's graduation party will be at golden corral so some stuff from there
D: not really sure I'll eat much pending how much I eat there

Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Morning...go ahead and cry...I think it's expected

Going to take the dogs out for their 45 min walk after work.

B - cheese & spinach phyllo (19g)
L - cheese & crackers w raw vegatables (8g)
D - chicken stir fry (14g)
S - yogurt (4g)

That's all I have planned so far...but I will have to eat some more as I'm low on protein.

Diva - sounds like a wonderful day!  It's ok to cry, I'll probably be a mess when my baby leaves home....  My oldest graduates on Saturday, but no tears, I'm just happy we muddled through!

Food for me today:

B:  protein bar
L:  1/3 of a leftover breakfast burrito
S:  banana
D:  salmon burger ? 
S:  SF cookie or fudgicle

Back to work today after four glourious days of***** my garden all planted and now can't wait to eat from it! 

PreB: water and coffee (then had a physical at my house for life insurance)
B: inside of a breakfast sandwich
L: chili
D: salad and some proteins (my usual)

Diva,

Congrats to your daughter on her graduation! I bawled like a baby at my daughters' kindergarten graduation, so I can scarcely imagine the hot mess I'll be when it comes time to graduate high school. Yikes.

You are having the best day and I am coming off of the best day yesterday. Every once in a while God throws you one of those days that starts off like any other and ends up wonderful.

We went to church and then to the harbor because I had to return a dress to H&M because it was too big (I got a size large and needed a medium thankyouverymuch) and had lunch. Then we realized our local jazz and blues street festival was yesterday. Baltimore is known for its street festivals in the summer. We have a million and two of them. So we went to that and then made our way home and watched Red Box DVD's all night. It was just perfect.

Today, I need to get my arse to the gym. So there will be that. The girls want to go swimming after I work out. So we'll probably hit home for dinner then on to the gym to work it out!

Eats:

1. Two eggs scrambled with sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, green pepper and onions + 1 slice whole wheat toast with no-cal butter spray.
2. Reese's cup protein shake here in a minute
3. A nectarine and a cheese stick
4. A slice of my lasagna I made for my grande diva from scratch (healthier version of a traditional lasagna but it has noodles and YES I will post it on Bariatric Foodie because I realize not everyone loves no-noodle lasagna).
5. Maybe some Greek yogurt with Splenda, berries and Fiber One after the gym.
