calcium from gnc - Calcium Citrate Malate?

Is this okay?  I've still got some calcium from BA and I can get more but I'm going to GNC today so I figured I'd get some there if this is the right kind.

My dietician told me to only use BA vitamins and calcium citrate and that all the others really are not as comparable. If it's just some to get you through til your BA order comes in then you have to do what you have to do but I recommend sticking with BA.

Not sure what Malate means (if anything)... but I believe all calcium citrate is equal... obviously, as long as it is citrate.
