And I see no difference since my 3 month photos (never did take 4 month shots). Please tell me I'm being stupid. I have been stalled most of the month, but hoped I was loosing inches. Will measure tomorrow. I'm discouraged. I'm doing everything right according to my surgeon and nut. UGH

You've lost 80 lbs in five months. That is a sixth grader. Go easy on yourself. Pictures can be deceiving - depends on your clothes, etc.....you are doing well. I am in a stall as well, for the last two weeks, and its frustrating but I know it will change.

join the club.  Preop I used to think people were crazy when they would say they don't see anything different, but that is how I see myself still.
I think a lot of my issues is because I look great clothed, but since I see myself naked all I see are the fat rolls still.  While smaller, they are still there so I don't see myself as skinnier.

Your belly is totally smaller than before.  Not hanging as low if you you know what I mean.  That is the same thing with me.

Keep up the good work!

I can see a difference for sure. Your belly is much smaller, and so is your face where it meets your neck. Keep up the good work! You're doing great!

thank you all... you made me feel better. I went out swimming and lost my mom ring in the pool... guess my body is trying to tell me something too. Thank you for encouraging me. I'm so afraid I'll fail this like I did the band.

I never noticed a lot of difference from one month's pics to the next. But if I compared my pre-op pic to my most recent I could really see the difference.

You've been doing great! 80lbs is nothing to sneeze at.

I've lost 225 and some days I look in the mirror and see no change. It takes a long time for our brains to catch up with our bodies....don't worry about it! 80 pounds is fantastic for 5 months! Focus on that, not what you're seeing in the mirror!
