Food/Protein Help PLEASE!!!!!!

Here's what I do:

Breakfast - protein drink.  I'm drinking isopure (yuck!!) right now.  My goal is to get 40+g of protein for breakfast.  That takes some of the stress off the rest of the day.  I was having greek yogurt for breakfast but I got so sick of it.  I don't handle solid food first thing in the morning.  I take my b12, multi and my 1st calcium. 

Lunch - I usually have 3-4oz of chicken.  Right now I'm eating alot of bbq chicken.  God bless the grill!  And calcium

Supper - I try for something different though there is always bbq chicken.  I eat cheese with a couple whole wheat crackers a couple times a week.  I usually have some veggies with supper.  And calcium.

I take my meds and iron/vit c right before bed. 

I've eaten at McD's several times.  I get the grilled chicken sandwich but just eat the chicken.  That's 24g protein for 120 cal. 

I completely get the blah attitude towards food.  I'm NOT interested in eating at all.  That's part of the reason I've gone back to the protein shakes.  When I'm disgusted with food and just can't stand the thought of eating, I drink a shake.  It's no ideal but better than not getting in enough protein.
