How much Greek Yogurt to eat at once?
Amy, I started to type that I ate more than that starting out with 1/8 cup. But I looked at the equivalency and it is also 1 oz. But in no time that moved up to 1/4 cup. Now I can eat 1/2 cup by itself with flavoring or 1/3 cup if I add berries or cereal to it. ( I am 7 months post op)

I usually eat 1/2 cup of Fage 0% with 1/2 cup fruit (frozen blueberries, strawberries, or applesauce are my favs). But I am almost 3 years out.

1 oz is what I ate that early out also. I'd ask your surgeon's office what size they made your pouch and what quantity they suggest. It IS a slider food so you'll be able to eat more yogurt compared to dense meats.

Yogurt is one of those things that I can eat alot of in a very short time. For me, that's a good thing since I HATE greek yogurt regardless of how I fix it up. At about 4-8 weeks I ate a full cup for breakfast. I imagine my pouch is larger than yours though. I seem to be able to eat more than most people on here.
