Anyone ever try to get in some last minute protein

I get up late because i work nights, so I start eating late.  Well here it is 1137pm and I am slurping down a cup of Unjury Chicken protein.  A whopping 21 g protein to get me over 100. Whew!!!

I work late nights as well (430p-1a) and I am still trying to figure out my schedule for work days vs off days. Sounds like I need to get on the ball and order some unjury

Why so much protein? My doc recommends 60-80. What does yours say?

Your still early out.  Many Dr, but not all, want us closer to or over 100 as we get further out and exercise more.  Getting more protein has kept my weight loss going and pretty stable without large stalls.

I do over 100 each day.  I have a protein hot chocolate before bed almost every night.  Keeps my numbers up and my system wroking through the night.

I am always stocked with Powder and bars.  I shoot for 160-200 grams of protein daily so I am always noshing on something that is protein.
