We have lost the same amount of weight and you had your surgery 2 weeks after mine, so I would say you are doing great! Congrats!

Stalls, weight up, its all normal. Just be patient. things will move in the direction its supposed to. You're taking in so few calories at this point that your body is freaking out and holding on to what it can. there is no possible way that you can't lose weight at this stage of the game, your body just needs to figure out whats going on

So you haven't been stalled for four weeks, you've been stalled for almost a week, do I understand correctly?  Yeah, that's normal.  As far as being up a few pounds, lots of things can cause that.  Maybe you're retaining a bit of fluid.  Maybe you need to poop.  Maybe your scale needs recalibrated.

What you need to know, though, is that you're not done losing four weeks out and you're not going to gain a whole bunch of weight back just four weeks out.  I promise.  Haven't you seen all the posts on this forum with people expressing the same concerns?

If minor fluctuations in weight bother you or cause you distress, just stay off the scale.  Weigh yourself once a month instead of once a week or once a day.
