struggling to surrender

LOL--I often only order appetizers now or a cup of soup only.  My little sister loves that I'm such a "cheap date" as she usually buys lunch!!

I have learned with the bypass that I have  eat for 20 minutes or until I am comfortabe and no more.  I do overeat and pay for it majorly.  When I had the lap band I would eat and never get full.  I have to be careful to not let food control me now.

I know how you feel;  this far out, I'm struggling with my old nemesis of cookies;  once upon a time it hurt to eat them.  Now, not.  EEEK!!

Fortunately, my pouch does manage to help keep me from overeating, so megafood intake is not a problem.  And yes, my signal does help!!
