Ketchup

I have a craving for some ketchup and I would like to ask if anybody has a suggestion on what I could have for dinner and put some ketchup on it. I really would like some potatoes, naw, honestly french fries, so if anyone has a recipe(s) for a newbie like me, please help!

I use the sugar free heinz ketchup. I don't eat potatoes or anything white, so as far as dinner is concerned...how about a turkey burger or hamburger, steak?

A turkey burger does sound good. I haven't eaten beef yet, so I'll have to stay away from the steak a little while longer. Thank you for your help! Maybe turkey burger with some veggies.

I didn't know they made sugar free Heinz ketchup! That's great news! Where can you find it?

I use the low-sugar Heinz, and seems to taste as good as the regular stuff, though it costs a lot more. My doctor told me regular ketchup causes dumping, which I find hard to believe, but that's what the man says.

regular ketchup has an insane amount of sugar in it. I can't remember the exact amount, but like 1 cup of ketchup contains 1/2 cup of sugar. Not those amounts, but the numbers were crazy.

Heinz ketchup has 4 grams of sugar per tablespoon.

I couldn't find low sugar ketchup....do alot of people have issues with regular ketchup?? I have found that I am sensitive to sugar alcohols so I dunno about sugar free.
