Happy 4th, what's on YOUR menu for today?

Wishing everyone a Happy 4th of July.  Today we're grilling hamburgers and chicken breast on the grill.  I've also made baked beans, macaroni slaw (I'll have a little bit) and deviled eggs.  I look forward to the pool and family time today!  Enjoy your holiday and STAY SAFE!

Red strawberries, with white ricotta, stuffed into blueberry bread french toast for breakfast.

3.5 oz. Gk. yogurt with Ranch dip, celery and an orange for lunch.

Fried chicken breast, a bit of mashed potatoes with a spot of Mom's gravy, green beans, and watermelon for supper.

1213 calories, ~ 70 gm protein.

 B: Morning star farms pizza burger with 1/4 shredded cheese and 1/4 cup ff refried beans....
L: Protein shake
D: Burger on the grill, baked beans, jalapeno poppers from bariatric eating
S: Orange fluff!
