Best working OTC iron supplements?
Feosol carbonyl iron, which you can get at CVS and other places, is fine for iron. It doesn't have enough C in it, but neither does the BA one. We need about 200 mg C for every 30 mg iron, and almost no iron supplements have that much. We usually need to take C separately.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
This is what I found, Every NUT & surgeon says different things on what you can and cant have, mine said this was fine!
