I have been taking the Bariatric Advantage pills with the Vitamin C but getting lazy about ordering everyone online all the time.  Anything out there just as good with the Vita C with it?

Feosol carbonyl iron, which you can get at CVS and other places, is fine for iron.  It doesn't have enough C in it, but neither does the BA one.  We need about 200 mg C for every 30 mg iron, and almost no iron supplements have that much.  We usually need to take C separately.

I agree with Kelly, Feosol. I actually saw a post when I first came to this site about iron and began using it right away. Inexpensive and my labs have been good. Also, the Box has a .50 cent coupon you can use on the next order.
