August RNYers 2010???
Hi there everyone...we are coming up on our one year surgiversary...
My anniv is August 16th, and I have started running, because that is what I need to do for me.
My question for all August RNYers, is how are you doing??
And can you please share with all of us? it is totally usefull information.. I especially inportant to get it out into internet for others to read and share and to learn....
