Please help is there something wrong with my pouch :(
Next week I will be 8 weeks out. I have lost about 40 pounds.
I feel great no pain, nausea, vomiting ever.
I can eat up to 4 oz of food sometimes more. Have I stretched my pouch???
Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast- 1 Turkey sausage
Lunch- Big salad w/ 1 oz Tuna
Dinner- 10 small shrimp
Before bedtime Protein shake
Today I ate:
Breakfast 4 oz oatmeal
Snack Protein shake
I can swallow pills whole, gulp down lots of water and I sometimes eat my food in a rush, and still no problems.
I do vigorous exercise 4-5 days a week .
Am I eating to much? Is my pouch bigger that others??
Others don't want to eat. I do have a appetite.
Please help me understand.

"THE BEST IS YET TO COME"

Sounds about right for me too. My plan calls for 3oz of chicken/fish and up to a half cup of veggies. I don't usually eat that much but I could. For me I was able to eat more before I got the sensation of fullness back at about 2 1/2 months. Now I feel full and I HATE that feeling so I eat less at a meal.
I think some people do have bigger pouches. I was encouraged to eat that 3oz of meat at only 3 weeks out. Maybe it's just that I did that and knew I could get more in.

I am also 8 weeks out (congratulations) and have lost 45lbs. Tonight for dinner I ate a hamburger patty at a restaurant and I didn't measure it first: it was 150g. Turns out it was 5.25 oz and I ate the entire thing. I shouldn't have, but I did. And although I was STUFFED and felt not marvelous after, I was OK. I do think some of us have bigger pouches than others. I was hungry--hadn't eaten since lunch (no snacks) and ate nothing else, so I guess the protein was good, but still...too much.
Isn't it funny how we now worry about 4 ounces of food being too much! LOL.
Really, put 4 ounces of food on a normal sized plate and look at it, it really is nothing compared to what "normal" people eat.
Today I went to lunch with a friend and had a chicken salad. Ate the cut up chicken and some eggs and a few bits of salad, worried I was eating too much, got a bit full and stopped. Here I was worried as hell I ate too much and my friend says "It is so funny how little you eat" I asked the waiter for a box to take the rest home and he asked me "was there something wrong with your salad" because I barley ate any of it.
If you can take down a big hamburger with a bun at 2 months out, that would be too much, but 3 ounces of meat with a 1/2 cup of veggies....SOOO not too much~
I think it is perspective.
