How do you eat salads?

I measure everything out first, then mix it all together and eat.
I mix it up, but tend to go for the meat first. I also use spinach instead of lettuce for more nutrition.

when I was trying to maximize weight loss, it was meat first, then cheese, etc. and I made sure that my salads were as full as protein as possible. Now, it's all globbed together and I venture out in my add-ins. I've been on a chicken, strawberry, feta, walnut salad kick lately...yummo!! I also do one with chicken, almonds, edamame, mandarin oranges, and toasted asian sesame light dressing from Kraft.
