Injectable B-12 (xpost)

I was told at a support group meeting that injectable B-12 had been pulled from the market.  I just checked with my mail order prescription company and they are showing that it is unavailable.

Not sure if this is new to anyone else but figured I would give a heads up to those doing shots.

I've been using the nasal B-12, Nascobal, for a year now--labs are great.  One shot in one nostil once a week and good to go--no taste.

This was going to be my back-up.  I need to talk with my PCP on how often though becuse B12 is the one thing I struggle with.  A shot which usually is good for a month gets me through 2 weeks maybe 3.

So from what you know it's about production and not quality or contamination issues?

What are your symptoms if your B-12 runs low?

Paul, I need mine every week.  With weekly injections - my B12 is 800... (checked a week after).
My PCP when first heard that I do it every week - got upset, but after looking at my labs - told me to continue weekly.  Said " I guess you body uses it very fast and/or can't store it properly".
