What are your DEVIL foods?

Well mine are Pringles and salsa and chips.  Once I start I can't stop.  Well I used to not be able to stop.  I am a little anal about serving sizes now.  For some things I am uber-anal.  Wheat thins says a serving size is 16 crackers.  I only have a half, because i eat it with cheese.  I am trying to get to the point where I only eat protein rich foods.  I am now eating veggies, mostly soft, slider type like summer squash and spinace, and only after I am able to consume my 4 oz of protein.
So, my original question was what are your DEVIL foods.  You know the ones you can't even go down the isle in the grocery store.. Pringles, cheez-its (Lora), Oreos, chips, fish sticks?  Whatever?  Let it rip.

Tortilla chips and guacamole, or queso. Pita chips with hummus. I have to be very careful to make sure I don't 'graze,' especially if we are at a restaurant, sitting around with friends. Its best for me to get a small plate, count out the chips, and when its gone, its gone!

Chips and salsa/nachos is huge for me, I could eat a whole large jar of salsa and not feel full. It's bad! I've been staying away from it for awhile now.

Mine used to be Lay's Sour Cream & Onion Chips, I switched to baked, not my favorite but it does the trick and I only allow myself this treat (1.5 oz bag) once a month. I am also proud to say that going down the chip aisle is not a struggle for me but early out I wouldn't even look that way.

I do find myself calculating what I am going to eat to maximize space with protein and then vegetables.

Fruit!  I haven't really eaten anything that triggered me before surgery but now I WANT fruit.  And I've been really bad about eating it as a snack before bed.  My plan says no snacking and NO FRUIT so that's doubly bad.  I had some pineapple today after my shake/breakfast.  Something else to talk with the therapist about .....

Before surgery it was anything goes.  Chips & dip, greasy cheeseburgers, pizza, ice cream, oreos, you name it.

I have completely changed my attitude where food is concerned and no food is off limits.  I can only hold so much anyway, and if I choose to eat things that could make me gain, I just run a bit more when I workout.

I can consume a good bit of chips and salsa.  Well, I like a little chip with my salsa....I make homemade salsa every week (tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic, onion, lime and cilantro) that is just veggies, so I figure I could technically eat it till I pop and not really do any damage....the chips are the issue....I eat about 10 chips, breaking then into small pieces that I can load with a big wad of salsa....

As for cookies, my faves are Oreos, Nutter Butter and Fig Newton.  I can only eat 2, so again, if I pick them more than once a week, I know I better sweat a little more.

It was quite liberating when I finally decided to take the power away from food and make everything available to eat if I wish.  It removed the "mystique" and really just made it all "food".  I no longer have the dreaded feelings of deprivation or disappointment because of something I did or did not eat.

I want guacamole and chips from Chipotle soooo bad, really any chips and dip.  I have not missed sweets as much as I thought I would have, I really really miss chips though!
