I printed this off from OH a couple years ago and didn't note who it came from, so I don't know who to give credit to, but this is a "Plateau Buster Diet"  I have never used it...  Take it for what its worth.  Just thought I'd share.

#1  Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2  Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3  You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day
#4  You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods 5x a day:
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain s/f yogurt
peanut butter
beans/legumes

You may also have:

sugar free popsicles
decaffinated tea or coffee
sugar free jello
broths/bullion
crystal light drinks

#5  If it's not on the list you can't have it for 10 days
#6  Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 minutes of exercise daily

In addition to the Plateau Buster, change your exercise plan as well.  Such as if you are walking, join Curves, if you are a Curves member, do walking on days that you don't do curves.  If you are a member of Curves, join a gym or buy free weights and alternate between Curves and the gym or free weights for 5 days a week.

I know you didn't create this, but just so people will think critically about what this proposes...

1) a protein only diet for 10 days that also requires protein supplements??
2) 3 ounces of regular fat peanut butter has almost 500 calories and over 40g of fat!
3) no carbs at all (except in the dairy products) may bring on RH symptoms in people who have previously had no symptoms (since the combination of carbs and protein often mitigates the response)

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

i feel like 3 oz of peanut butter would make me super sick! the protein supplements with 3oz of protein 5x a day could add up to a lot of calories too. plus i couldn't eat/drink that much in a day, 2-3 meals and a shake seems more feasible for me

This kind of looks a version of the Atkins diet.
