calories & protein
i started tracking my protein on myfitnesspal yesterday since i know i wasnt getting in enough. i managed to get 80g of protein yesterday! i was surprised i hit it on the dot, but i also felt like i was eating all day long, lol. but i only consumed 673 calories. is this ok?
(also, just got back from my first gym workout in forever!! so proud of myself, hehe)

With the right supplements you can get high protein with low calories so I would say the numbers look decent.
The higher your protein and depending on how much you are able to eat at a time it will seem like you spend a great deal of time eating except when you log the numbers and look back. Due to my activity level my protein goal has been set at 150-175 so you want to feel like you eat all day, I pretty much do.
