Something's Wrong With My Pee!

40oz of water in UNDER the minimum recommended by surgeons and other studies.  64 oz bare minimum my surgeon wanted.  Some multi's are high in B vitamins and this may give you that bad after taste, and will surely darken you urine for a couple of hours. BUT, your urine should be a light yellow or almost clear the rest of the day. Your multi needs to provide a minimum of twice RDA levels for adults. You probably should use 1000mcg B12 sublinguals daily to keep your b12 levels up too.  I'd really suggest using the 50K IU dry D3 on a daily basis starting now, since vitamin D shortages are very common post op. Only use the dry D3 form, as standard D is D2 which isn't absorbed well. DO NOT buy the cheap form of D3 in a softgel, as it's in oil, and you won't absorb it well.  Avoid any script D, as it's D2 and I've used those script softgels for 6 months postop with minimum rise in D values.  DAVE

 I know that when i take my vitamins like a good girl my pee is BRIGHT neon yellow. Always has been even before surgery taking them i've always had neon pee. I have noticed every once in awhile my pee will smell strongish guess those days I am not drinking enough it seems. I would definitely call ur surgeon and ask thats what they are there for anyways.
