I have wasted so much money ....

A friend of mine from another group always uses the phrase "I eat that **** like it's a job!"  He found a way to give himself the mindset that he has to eat to live, and eat healthy food to live well. I am hopeing that after surgery I can put myself into the same mindset... which will be hard, because I can be picky sometimes too.

 I know exactly what you mean. 
I still drink 2 protein shakes & I can eat cheese, yogurt and some cream soups. 
I haven't been able to keep fish down & I normally love fish. 
I don't eat meat.
I keep trying eggs but they don't work for me. 
Right now I'm on all liquids because I throw up everything else.
Going in on Tuesday for another endoscopy because I may have a third stricture.
I love protein shakes so this doesn't really bother me that much but it is a waste of money & food.
