So I broke down and bought the Wii Fit. Anyone else have one?? I am soooo adicted to it. And it is working to help lose weight. I use mine everyday and it is so fun how they incorporate exercise into games. Its like playing a trick on your mind ha ha. My favorite so far is the hula hooping. I never thought of hula hooping to lose weight but lordy lordy you work up a sweat and get your heart rate going.

I just bought one but I haven't tried it yet.  It sounds fun.  I'm going to have to break it out.

I love mine.  I have a bad knee right now so am not using it as much but it is fun.  Glad you found something that works for you.

I have one and didn't tell my son I had it for quite a while. I wanted to get good at it before I let him try it out. lol    I got discouraged when it would sigh when I steped on because I was 300 pounds when I started using it so I thought it was sighing because I was so heavy, but I worked out on it every day and had lots of fun.

After a month I let my 9 year old son get on and try he was about 60 pounds at the time, to my suprise it sighed for him too. lol

I love doing work outs on the wii. I also have the zumba and love it as well.

I Love hula hooping on my WII!  For a change of pace you might like the just dance "games".  I've been trying to master the step to Tina Turner's Proud Mary.  So far, it's not pretty but, it is a lot of fun and it gets me moving.  I wa thinking of ordering Zumba.  QVC has it on today.

Wii Fit is great! Try the Sports park one where you play frisbee with the dog and fly the planes and stuff. Its a blast!

I also have Zumba and I love it!  But I can't do all the moves, my body just doesn't move like that.  Sometimes I look like Jane Fonda on crack LOL
