What do you put in your coffee AT HOME?

I LOVE half and half in my hot and iced coffee, but I don't like all the fat and calories. I have tried the fat free half and half, but it's just not as creamy.

What do you put in your coffee at home? Is there anything out there low in calories and fat that will make the coffee creamy?

Also, just for fun, how much coffee do you drink a day?

Wish I had a better answer, but we use the fat free half n half, it's about all we find that didn't taste like crap. I drink 3 cups a day sometimes less, hubby drinks 4-5 everyday.

I try to find sugar free coffee mate flavored.  I don't put any sugar substitute in it, though old me would put lots of sugar in it.

I drink aoug 20 oz a day, decaf of course.

I have found that I can tolerate the fat free half and half mixed with fat free milk and coffee, but it takes so much half and half to make it taste like I want. The calories add up if you drink more than one cup a day. I guess I need to drink it for a few weeks with less cream and train myself to like it. LOL!

I use the Coffee Mate SF with my coffee. Sometimes I add stevia, but not often.  You could also try mixing some unflavored whey isolate protein powder for a little more body. Mix protein with a little water, and then add this "heavy paste" to your coffee.  Adding straight protein powder may make it clump on top of the coffee. DAVE

I love and I'm hooked on sugarfree hazelnut coffee creamer! I drink 1 cup 1/2 caffeine and evening a cup decaf.

During the week I drink a 16 oz cup of coffee w/ powdered creamer (CoffeeMate stuff) and SF Kahlua flavored syrup.  On the weekends I usually drink a couple 10-12 oz cups of chocolate glazed donut flavored coffee w/ powdered creamer and SF hazlenut syrup...heaven in a cup.  I have learned that adding flavors in the form of SF syrups to my coffee sort of helps make up for tons of fat.  I am using MUCH less creamer now that I did in my former life.

OMG - I love the Donut Shoppe Chocolate Glazed Donut coffee for my Kuerig Coffeemaker!  I use 1-2 tbsp of regular half&half and two packets of splenda.

I stay pretty much fat-free here on the majority of what I eat but will use regular half&half and regular salad dressing.  I only drink one cup per day [if that] and dip the tines of my fork into the dressing before stabbing the salad.  I have the powdered Coffeemate at work in case I forget to pack my creamer.

Try SkimPlus creamer. It is fat free but no chemicals. Also, I use protein in my coffee...Nectar chocolate or cappuccino.

CoffeeMate Liquid - Fat Free French Vanilla.

At work, full fat half and half and sugar.

I stick to one cup a day (maybe two on the weekend) -
